Before you take it back , you might want to go to the dealer or parts store and purchase and install a pair of new input and output speed sensors . Normally when you have an erratic shift like your talking about , it's one of those sensors . The rebuilder normally won't replace them unless theres a known problem . Let me know how you make out .
