Agree with the weight equalizer hitch and maybe a sway control . I tow a 22' Haulmark enclosed trailer ,about 7500# total between trailer, race car and tools,parts ,etc. and an equalizer hitch is necessary to level out the trailer to the truck . You still need tongue weight to maintain rear wheel traction but leveling the truck will restore front end stability . If your experiencing any tail wagging of the trailer an equalizer hitch is the place to start but if it still persist you may also want to add a sway control also to your hitch set-up .
The trailer pulls straight and no signs of sway. the truck drops only 3.5 inches with the trailer on it.
