I know my dealer charges less for 5/20 than they do for Mobil One, either way it is still cheaper than having to replace an engine. In my case I don't put many miles on my vehicles any more so they get their oil changed once a year, which is about 2-3.5K miles each yearly.
This brings up another criminally insane question about oil changes. Once a year oil changes are outside the change schedule when it says "whichever comes first"
Copied from my Owners Manual.

• The oil change indicator message will not monitor the time since the last oil change. Change your vehicle’s oil if it has been six months since your last oil change, even if the oil change indicator message is NOT illuminated.
• Change your engine oil more often if you drive your vehicle off-road for an extended period of time.
• Under no circumstances should oil change intervals exceed 8,000 miles (13 000 km) or six months, which- ever comes first.
