Well my speed flucsuatted during my travel between 55 to 70 mph depending on the terrain there lots hill's climbs during the trip and the weather was hot between 100 and 108, I was running the A/C at times but would turn it off during hill climbs and yes when I was stopped in traffic the temp did rise on both the transmission and the coolant. Now I am thinking of buying a deeper trans pan and larger aftermarket front trans cooler but my question is when you install the new cooler do you by pass the original trans cooler and run the lines directly to the new cooler and cap off the old OEM trans coolers input area and also maybe add a extra electric fan in front of the new trans cooler with a toggle switch that I can control inside the cab too turn on and off when needed for extra air flow when in slow traffic.
