Thanks all for the replies.

I completely removed the front mounting brackets and measured them. They both are the exact same size. I laid the actual bar down to make sure it is even. Everything seemed ok. So I reinstalled the brackets and the bar. The driver side still looked a little crooked.

At this point, I am figuring the actual body mounts on the frame of the truck are maybe a little off. I've exhausted all options. So last week I decided to just stick some washers in between the mounting bracket and the bar itself to see if it raises it. Not 100% but it looks a lot better.

What do you think?
