Default Maintenance before it breaks.

I have a 2004.5 Ram 3500 Dually with 5.9L HO600 VIN C. 75K miles and have done regular maintenance plus replaced the water pump. Any of you with the same setup but more miles: what parts should I keep my eyes on or replace before they break?

In particular, the v-belt and idler arm. Any other parts that will fail...not if but when!
