I got the truck from the Unique Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Burlington, ON.
The sales guy was ok, not pushy, just doing his job. He knew what he was talking about, he knew he is not making any money on the deal. The manager was the one that pissed me off, lying, delaying things, and really trying to divert my attention from the situation. I mean, how many oil changes can I do in $800...? And then telling me he's losing money on the truck, when 3 minutes before he admitted Ram gives him 2% for each car under the "preferred customer" program. Because of him, my whole experience was ruined, I really don't want to walk in there again or deal with that person, not even if he's flipping burgers. I still feel bad about the thing, I was freaking happy, my first truck ever! I don't get this greed without limits and treating everybody like they are idiots. Yea, it was a defect from the factory and it had to be redone. What a load of crap. Then why didn't you redo the Sport hood? And you knew about it and still sold it without telling me a damn thing.
The owner was really cool about it, he looked at the paperwork and agreed on the spot. Next time I went in I was refunded the money on my CC. He should pay more attention to his employees, but hey, I'm not gonna tell him how to run his business. I'm sure there are lots of people that don't read the invoice and pay for things they don't get. Free money.
My time is worth more than running around and complaining.
