-12 offset, you can run OE/OE style flares and it will be almost flushed.
-24 offset and you can begin to look at the pocket style flares.

-12 offset on a pocket style flare will have the wheels tucked under and I am sure you do not want that.

So this also plays a factor in your decision.

But the wheels you want come in both those offset.
