Default 2009 Ram 1500 SLT rust on underbody

Hey guys,
Been a bit since I've posted here. The other day I was under my truck and I noticed that there's a decent amount of light rust forming in the underbody. There have been a few times that my town has gotten flooded like crazy and driving through that, combined with normal use, it's not too unexpected.

It's a 2009 and I bought it a little over 2 years ago, got about 50K miles on it. Is this rust in bad enough condition that I should immediately bring it in to get it checked out? What does rust removal entail? It's under warranty to 100K miles so I believe this will be covered.

Thanks guys,
Geddy

EDIT:
Also, what can I do to prevent rusting on the underbody? Obviously it's going to happen at some point under general wear & tear, but is there some kind of anti-rust paint that can go on the underbody to prevent this from getting crappy? Thanks again all.
