Would it be possible to make a short video of your going thru a fresh pairing cycle after deleting the phone from Uconnect and Uconnect from the phone? I may be able to see if you're missing a step. I know that you know how to pair the phone. I just find it strange that the phone that I'm testing with works but yours doesn't. If this is completely the way it is, then I have a contact at Samsung that I can report it to. Thanks for your assistance.
