Default Heating Problem

Hi, I've searched this site and have not found an answer for my problem. Hopefully ,someone can help.

I have very little heat at idle at normal engine temp. However, under acceleration the heat is normal. The blower is working and both heater hoses are hot. I'm thinking possibly a blend door problem or possibly the water pump. My hearing is not good enough to detect a vacum leak.

This is a 1999 Ram pickup with the 5.9L. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.
