Default how do I adjust headlights correctly?

I recently got some new OEM headlights.
But I try to adjust them but they just look weird shining on the ground, they are blotchy or spotty, how ever you wanna say that.
And then the drivers side has two concentrated beams on the road, while the other side only has one visible beam shining on the road.

So how do I adjust them so the light on the ground is evenly spread, like normal? Is there maybe a certain way the bulb must be put or what?
