The leveling kits are not to bad to install, they will require you to drop the A-arm to insert the puck on top of the coil however you can do that with just a jack or rent a spring compressor from your local auto parts store. I would highly suggest though getting an alignment after you are done as the camber will be off just a little. As far as plastic vs. metal, it's really up to you. Most of the metal kits have a life time warranty while the polyurethane kits will probably be a little softer ride but have a limited life time warranty, truthfully you probably will not notice a large difference though.
