I am in Festus Mo, I have thought about jacking the whole house and sitting it on a new foundation.. It is the old limestone foundation. Under the main house is a crawlspace, looks as if someone tried digging it out? the sides of the house are sided...supposedly an add on over the years long ago when the actual basement is currently, so its like a basement built around the actual house and the add ons built on that with original house in center with crawlspace...its odd, but Id like it all open, New walls and a poured floor would be so cool. I thought the interior stone walls could stay but cheap enough to build cinderblock walls as well.

I need alot of resources and cheap, limited income is going to be slow and long for any progress. I was going to have my daughter and her boyfriend invite friends over for a tear-out party and gut the drywall... later have them hang new after I get plumbing/electrical in... I need all the help I can get... Ill BBQ and provide beer for anyone who wants to help...lol
