Not offhand. You first need to stop revving up an engine that's showing no oil pressure until you can verify the problem. Start by attaching a mechanical gauge and verifying whaty our electrical gauge is telling you. If your pressure is dropping to zero, then it's time to pull the pan to investigate. It sounds like you may have a clogged pickup or faulty pump at this point but worn out bearings could be a cause.
