Default Do it yourself auto shop. Opinions?

Okay, so my long term goal is to open my own mechanic shop. I don't want to be like the standard auto shop where you drop your vehicle off and pick it up when it's done. I want to open a large shop (20+ stall) and provide the space, tools, equipment, and knowledge to help the customer complete his/her task. I'd charge for the stall space at an hourly rate and for tool rentals (probably a 5 tool option and an unlimited tool option) I've seen a working version of what I want to do and it runs smoothly. (If you are in the military, I am referring to the Auto Hobby Shop)

What would you be willing to pay hourly and for tool rentals (you can bring your own tools)?

Thoughts, opinions, and even criticism is welcome.
