Default Cold start issue

first off im new to this forum, so hey whats up. i got this really weird problem with my 96 ram 1500... when the motor is cold like first start up for the day or when i start it up after work, it runs for a second then stalls out.. if i dont keep holding the gas pedal down alittle bit for a good minute, itll keep stalling out.i have already replaced the IAC (idle air control valve), throttle position sensor (DTC was saying it "blew up"), spark plugs, plug wires, distributor cap and rotor, and i cleaned out the throttle body. its not low fuel pressure cause the pressure at the fuel rail checks out, its not spark cause i hooked up a spark tester to each plug wire and i pulled each plug to see if they were firing good. i have never run into this issue before so i have no idea what to do now so any help would be really appreciated.
