Default Dents

When I purchased this truck it has a pretty massive dent. Between the back wheel and the passenger door. About half way up. Where it's supposed to flair out, it now flails in.. Any ideas on how to get that out? I can reach behind and push. But it's just long enough to n or be able to put muscle into it. My friend said to try dry ice. Suggestions? Thanks
