Default Gauges not working, many cluster lights lit

I am new here to the forum, I have a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 5.9L Magnum quad cab truck. I bought it used and it had a 601 error that points out a memory issue with the PCM. No issues just a message, drove it 2 years, then engine died one day, cut out awful barely got home, seemed simple enough a lack of gas. Next time started up no issues drove for a day or two waiting for more symptoms, they came as truck cutting out quickly and recovering, then the gas gauge would die and the light would come on. I thought this strange, and it got to the point where when you turn the key on the pump would never stop making noise, as if it couldn't seem to build a vacuum to pump the fuel or something. (at this point it wouldn't stay running) I replaced the pump, alas, no change everything the same. I decided to go ahead and get the PCM and bought one through someone who sold them rebuilt, just send them VIN and mileage, I just got done putting that in the truck. Ok it runs now and seems fine, however none of my gauges work, they stay dormant and my gas light, Service Engine Light comes on then about 5 seconds later the ABS and emergency brake light come on.

Any ideas on what could be causing this? I did put my reader on it and I can at least tell the PCM is reporting the RPM's, assume it is something between the PCM and the cluster.

Thanks all, appreciate any help!
