Default Lifting Cab & Body off Chassis to Replace Rusted Exhaust System

My (Recently-Purchased) 2002 Ram 1500 4.7L 2WD...

Apparently, this truck was run through SALT, which caused corrosion damage to most metal of the under-hood components...

and Entire Exhaust System.

There is no way I am going to be able to remove those exhaust manifolds, without breaking a few (if not all of the) bolts.

So, I decided to remove the Bed & Cab, to have full access to the engine while doing the inevitable, extracting broken bolts from the cylinder head.

Let the dissecting begin...

Floating Bed...

Half-Naked Truck...

FYI: Really easy to lift the bed on these. It took me a leisurely 2hours to remove the rear bumper and bed.

That was all the spare time I had today... and will begin to tackle the cab removal tomorrow.

Gonna be playing TETRIS in my mini-garage...
