I would clean whatever I could on the underside bolts with a hose and then once dry I would use the rust cure, that stuff will penetrate and hit the rust. do all the bolts that visible, next time your under the truck, always bring a can with you, when you finish whatever you was working on, hit all the bolts you can see with either the rust cure or the lithium grease. eventually you will hit all of the bolts and then the year after, same thing, and so on.
