Default Vacuum pump/power steering pump

I am wondering if anyone can give me some advise about the best way to go about removing the two pumps for rebuild. It appears that my vacuum pump blew out a seal or two as I had oil on the ground under the steering box after my son-in-law backed my truck into a parking stall and strained the system by cranking the wheel all the way to the right. I went to get in my truck to go somewhere and found the oil on the ground. I started the truck and have no power steering or brakes. The power steering sump is still full of power steering fluid. So I am assuming he blew the seals in the vacuum pump??? Anyone have any inout for me? Thanks for your help!
