There are 3 wires on the brake pedal. one is 12v constant, one is 1-3v and the third has no voltage(pedal depressed or not) I have spent 3 hours probing at least 50 different wires in any plug I could get my hands on and there is no brake wire to tap into. No kidding......wtf.... I now have to resort to rigging a micro switch on the pedal in order to have the proper brake pedal 12v signal.....PITA!!
Something doesn't seem right. I am sure I saw one lead switch to 12 volts on the 4 pin plug on my truck when I push the brake pedal but it didn't seem to correspond to the correct connection on the adapter I bought. I might get some time on Sunday to take a closer look at mine. Are you sure your brake lights are working?
