Now a few more questions if you dont mind - I assume with this tuner i would be able to give my vehicle really strong shifts and change (or have hemifever change) the rpm at which my vehicle shifts? In addition is this something that I have to keep plugged in all the time or just plug, download and unplug? For the record the only mods i have at the moment are exhaust and K&N CAI. I plan to do headers down the road and thats prolly where i will stop. Maybe do a level kit.

Thanks again for you info!

Sweet pic by the way - looks very sophisticated
Technically you can change the shiftpoints but i left it to the tuner to put the shifts in. You can make the shifts pretty sensitive or hold longer (like on mine).. no, once the tune is loaded, you can unplug the tuner.. just keep it on if you want to monitor anything. I plug mine in from time to time if i want to monitor air/fuel ratios while in closed loop or my tranny temps if I think it's warm... Since I live in Cali i had my tuner make me a 'smog' tune for emission's testing along with my custom tune, I want to take it to a dyno sometime to get a nitrous tune done. You can also change pedal/throttle sensitivity (I love that)... those are good mods you're planning, don't forget a Y pipe and a 180 tstat...
