I read that it comes pre-oiled, it said it in the description on autoanything. I installed it august 10th. (i found my post from after i did it). Ya I don't like the oiling, its messy as shit and your supposed to wait like 45 minutes for it to wick up the filter then touch up the spots it didn't get. But it hardly wicked up at all, so I will have had to "touch it up" a hundred times.
