I replaced upper control arms, lower ball joints, shocks, and sway bar links. the source of the clunk was the passenger side sway bar link. it looked as if nothing was wrong, no torn boot, no damage. when removed there was excessive play in the joint. I cut the boot away and I could nearly pull the ball out of the joint. Just worn out. I could also rock my truck before removal and grab the sway bar link and feel the knock. My front end is extremely quiet now, no squeaks, no rattles, no knocks
