Check the balancer first . Remove it and clean up the sealing surface . See if theres a groove where the seal rides . If there is , this is a swing in the dark , get a balancer repair sleeve . It gets loctited to the snout of the balancer where your seal rides . By installling the repair sleeve you give the seal a new surface to ride on . You may still need to replace the seal . The seal could be damaged or hard .
