Hey guys long time no post!!

when going to work last week, I noticed my truck would not go into overdrive. It was working perfect the day before. I get the nice 1-2-3-4 and usually at 55MPH overdrive would kick in, BUT when I push my OD button, it works (truck RPM raise and 1 gear down......) but the gear I used to have at 55 is gone. Someone said to try to swap OD and HORN relays, but I dont see an OD relay in the underhood box...

Any ideas? Pointes as to where to look at??

1994 2500 4X4 5,9 gasser

Thank you in advance!!

Is the CEL on?

Have you checked the tranny fluid level?

Drive until up to operating temperature
Park and place e-brake
Put in N
Pop Hood and check the Tranny fluid

Also, the shifting is: 1 - 2 - 3 - Tconverter lockup - OD (4th)

Sorry I forgot to be specific loll

CEL is on but was on since I cut the o2, (code 21)
I have an EGR code (code 32) that's been there for a few months (still trying to figure out that one lol)
and the tranny code 37, that's been there since I bought the truck new in 1995 (it's a 94)

Fluid is fine, no foul smell, level good. It's overdue for a change but I don't think that's the culprit. I suspect the OD solenoid but it's not throwing the code.....Any ideas??
