It's right in your user information. The 2009-2012 Hemi has 390HP and 407 ft/lb torque, although officially I think the 2500 has 410 ft/lb of torque.
Towing is dependent on motor torque and gearing. A Hemi isn't any Cummins in the torque range, but it's not a slouch either. Maximum torque for a gasser is higher in the RPM range when compared to a diesel, but it still isn't "very high."
390/407 is just in the 1500s. Also keep in mind that a 2009 2500 is still a 3rd gen. 4th gen HDs appeared in 2010, like how the 3rd gen 1500s came out in 2002 and the 3rd gen HDs came out in 2003.
A 2009 2500 makes 355hp and 395 lb-ft. Prior 2500 Hemis made 345hp and 365lb-ft, but for 2009 they added variable cam timing.
