I am looking at the 20x9 ballistic jester with 33x12.50 20 mud terrains.. The wheel offset says +00 mm Im not farmiliar with offset measurements. I will be raising the front 2.5 inches to level it.. It is a 2012 Ram Express Quad cab in Black

Any thoughts on the +00mm offset ?? How it will look ? or pics

Those wheels will fit good (about 1/2" out from the stock wheels) and give you extra clearance between the tires and suspension.
A -0- offset means that the mounting surface is centered between the inner and outer wheel edges. Like mentioned prior, A + offset (say +20mm) will move the mounting surface towards the outer edge of the wheel (thus pulling wheel towards the truck) and a - offset (say -20mm) will move the mounting surface towards the inner edge of the wheel (thus pushing it out).

That should work great for you. As they said that offset will stick out a little more than stock just like you want. You actually probably need that extra clearance to fit the 12.50s.
