Does anyone agree there is no need for the engine cover other than aesthetics? Seems to me that cover holds alot of heat and serves no real purpose. Has anyone else removed theirs?

You are 100% correct. According to my trinity the fuel rail temps are 30 degrees higher with it on. I still put it back on though, I just did too much work to make it look good and it IS really ugly without.....Now if I had the $$$ for a maggie S/C that would be different
