Default Leveling kit Question

Hey,

I have installed a daystar 2" leveling kit. Put on 315/70/17 tires. Problem now is the ride has went to crap. Feel every little bump in the road, steering jerks on bumps. Anyone else having this problem. Just ordered a steering box stabalizer thinking that it cant hurt.

hmmm. I can't recall anyone posting about a bad ride after those style leveling kits (not to say it doesn't happen, I just figured if it was to be expected then others would have reported it). Now I'm learning after my mods it's just the price to pay...my truck rides like crap now after my bilsteins and wheels/tires. It could be from many variables, some fixable and some that just come with the new mods. Hopefully someone else can chime in and relate/give you some insight.

oo you changed shocks too? hmm. i don't know man
It is frustrating...getting your truck to look like you want it...but sacrificing ride quality. The thought of going back to stock has definitely crossed my mind for a sec.

Thanks for the reply. I have been eyeing the bilstiens. Just a pain in the a?? to change out. The daystars are only about a month old. They seemed cheaply made when i put them on with the leveling kit.

Did you do an alignment? And what brand tires do you have? Either can cause your problem.
