Sorry to hear your troubles, but have you called BD to get their assistance in helping you get her going?
Heard their support is pretty good

Default Tuner problems

I just put the same tuner in my 11 Express, at first I had problems and got a code 261, but I kept at it and it finally downloaded. For it to update you must first get it linked to your truck.
Their directions could be better.

Just call there support, its busy there, but there very good. Also you have the same engine as I, many of the ECU's for the 4.7 are in the new tune that came out last week, and I am not sure they have it on there servers yet, you might have to get them to install it manually on your tuner. I had to have mine done for it to see my ECU and update it.
