Default Headlight problems

I am new to the forum I have a 95 Dodge Ram 1500 5.2 the problem is the driver side headlight is dim and when I go from high to low beam the high beam indicator light stays on and the road lights will not work with the head lights on but work fine just with the park lights! And also when the lights are completely off I can flash the high beams normally using the dimmer switch. Have tried 2 set of bulbs .

I have a 1999 Ram 1500 Sport 4x4 5.2l
Sounds like the problem I had with my head lights my drivers side low beam was very dim and high beam indicator light stayed on also. I traced my problem to a fuse in the Power Distribution Box under the hood... there's two fuses in the PDB one for drivers head light the other for pass......drivers side fuse was blown replaced it everything works great
