Could you lay out exactly what you ordered? both for main and fog lights, capped or uncapped? Any regrets, too blue, too white...I think I want the exact setup you have but really don't want the blue tint so perhaps 7K setup. Despite reading the guides I'm just unclear on capping bulbs, H1, H3, etc. for our truck.

5000k will give you no blue tint, 6000k will give you just a slight tint, 8k your looking at blue tint.

Capping is for Fog lights, if your installing hid's in your fog lights these are usually capped

If you have questions about all the parts you need for your truck, contact Todd at Sales@****************.com, he will gladly get you all the info you need.

Thanks, sent an email and got an auto reponse...a couple times. I figured if I mirrored his order but stepped down to 6K, it would be perfect.

Todd will get back to you usually pretty fast, best to get all that you need right the first time, I prefer the 6000k, 8000k is just too blue. Also your strongest light output will be around 5500k but they don't make bulbs that color.

I'll get you specifics on my order when I get home. I don't have the info with me.

As for color, I went with 8000k because I like the look of the blue tint on white vehicles. I believe the 55w power washes the bulbs out a little bit, because mine are not very blue at all. They are closer to white. My girlfriends car has 35w 6000k and they are much more blue than my 55w 6000k

My recommendation is 8000k if you want while w slight blue tint, and 10000k for a little more blue.

I honestly wish I would have gone with the 10000k setup.

Maybe i should of ordered from there, i got some hid's locally, omg nothing but problems. they work when the truck is in accessory, but when i start it, the fogs go out instantly and the low beams flicker till they go out as well. I went back to the guy who sold them, i got some harness' with built in relay, well i just tried the fogs, they turned on and i could still see the slightest flicker but the relay just buzzed crazy amounts.. Is there something im missing for dodge? on my F150 it was plug and plug no problems..
