Default 2013 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn Leveling kit

On a 2013 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn 4x4 with the air suspension, is it still possible to install a leveling kit or Bilstein 5100 shocks?

What's the purpose of the leveling kit when the air suspension self levels?

the air suspension just self levels the back I believe if you put a load in the back and it squats.

He is obvously asking about Bilsteins for the front (leveling kit) which from what I have heard is no. And I have not heard of any leveling kits for the air suspension yet.

I was under the impression that the air suspension kept the truck level at all times. The unloaded air suspension equipped truck that I test drove looked level to me. I could be wrong.

If you're wanting a couple inches of lift, it seems to me that the easier answer if someone comes up with it would be some sort of lockpick that would unlock the offroad 2 setting for any speed.

You should be able to put shocks on back, but there are no shocks on front-it's all one unit on the front. To replace anything in front would require an after market product, and I've not seen anything. I would have serious concern about leveling anything with the air suspension. The air suspension does self level, which means the front also moves up and down-for example when in off road 1 or 2, or aero mode.

Keep us posted. I'm curious myself. I suspect after market components are a year away, since the system is brand new. I know I'll be replacing the two rear shocks immediately. I love te belstein products and it can't hurt anything.
