Default 2" leveling kit issues

I have a 2004 Ram quad cab 2wd that I put a Fat Bob's 2" leveling kit with new stock ride shocks on. The truck is about to turn 130K miles and both front wheel bearings are starting to howl. I have read that it could be the mileage and also have read that the leveling kit will do that is you do not re-balance the tires which I did not do. I did have the front re-aligned and it drove great until this bearing issue. I am replacing the bearings with Precision bearing hubs but do I need to have the tires re-balanced and the front end re-aligned once I replace these bearings?
