BiggBoy will become famous soon enough
Default S&B Scoop

I decided I was going to not be cheap on my intake and get the S&B.

Is the option Scoop for the S&B intake worth it?

How many people are using the plugs?

No scoop and no plug. I have my plug in the toolbox whenever I feel that I may go offroad and need to plug it up. I absolutely love my S&B. If you click the S&B link in my sig you'll see a quick review I did.

i would wait on scoop, helping S&B on a new frt facing scoop. expect something in summer. first on 3Gs then 4Gs. if theirs a demand for this new design they will build a scoop for yall. for a faster process i would recommend email S&B, Greg, ask for a new frt facing scoop. show them theirs a demand.

have s&b. absolutely love it. do not have scoop, but it would be sweet if they could make a direct air inlet from lower part of front fascia (where blank plug is, usually black)...

pics of your scoop?

Love my S&B, not very loud but you can still hear the V8!

As for numbers, MPG, HP, etc - yeah I don't think it did anything lol.

Wouldn't use the plug unless I was regularly off road in muddy waters, no experience with the scoop.

Here's some pics of mine - looks very OEM - no scoop though...

Extremely professional kit, very well put together, excellent instructions etc.
