Default 99 Ram 1500 5.9 P/U won't start

I dove the truck home from work on a Friday. It rained all weekend. I went to start the truck the following Monday and the engine just cranks.
I have replace the plugs, cap, rotor, wires, and coil. I thought it was fuel related and I can hear the pump run and I have 45PSI at the fuel rail. I have swapped out the ASD? relay and any fuses I can think of. I have no codes to read because I drained the battery and had to pull that to charge it.

I am guessing it is the camshaft or crank shaft sensor or a timing issue.
Does anyone have thoughts or suggestions I can try.
Thanks
Doug

Did you rule out shorted injector wiring? All it takes is one wire or injector to short out the signal for everything. Does the exhaust smell at all like gas is being sprayed into the cylinders? You should be able to hear them ticking as well. Just curious.

I finally figured it out. After replacing the crank shaft sensor it tried to start. I just replaced the Vapor Canister Fuel Purge Solenoid is mounted on the inner fender on the passenger side. The part number I have from the dealer 4669475ab

Ok, did you get it running after the crank sensor or did you also have to replace the purge solenoid?
Regards, Dennis
