Default Suspension swap on a 4th generation Ram?

Okay, so my question plain and simple is can you do a suspension swap up on a 4th generation Ram? I have a 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 and I am looking for a relatively easy way to get a lift and I would also like to increase my payload. I understand that a 1500 is not built to handle the same payload capacities as a 2500 but I would only be utilizing the upgraded payload for a very short time each use, plus I am working on upgrades which would give me more power. Things like a cold air intake, electronically controlled straight pipes, new camshaft, throttle body spacer and possibly performance heads. I am also looking at price as a factor, if I can do a suspension swap, I can just run down to a wrecking yard and pick up a suspension kit from a 2500. So is it possible?

No!

4th gen 1500's all have coil spring suspension, all 2500's have leaf spring suspension and the are not compatible.

Check these out, 50% capacity spring increase from stock, might be what you are looking for. and for about $200, you can't beat it!
