i have 35's on my hemi 1500 with a 6 inch lift and i'm getting 12.2 on a good day in town. hit the interstate above 70 mph and its 10.5 a gallon.

Your not to far off average. I have an 11 PW and get 15-16 freeway and 9-11 town. Most of the time I have a rolling average of about 13mpg. I am going to do a little something soon though. I just ordered the Spyntec hub conversion. Not having to turn the whole front end should be worth 1.5-2.5mpg. With how much I drive and fuel cost in my area it will pay for itself in 18-20 months.
