Default body lift questions

hi i want to do a 3 inch body lift on my 07 ram 1500. i have a leveling kit already but I'm worried about having to re work my exhaust and having the whole hitch assembly look like its sitting real low, also wondering i you can see all of the gaps etc. if anybody has any pictures of there trucks with this setup and some advice i would really really appreciate it. thanks so much can't wait to here from you guys

you will be able to find gap guards to cover the rear gap. front wont be that noticeable. the exhaust becomes more of a person preference. Do you like it tight to the body or is a gap a big deal. The hitch is the most noticeable when you add a body lift. you probably could get some brackets fabbed up to raise the hitch. but once again it is a personal preference.

Thanks for the reply, does anybody on this forum run this setup so I could see some pictures? Also with 35 inch tires what do you think average gas mileage is for city and for hwy. thanks

im about to do the same as you goose. after its done and i figure out how, ill try to post pics. new here also. i really dont think youll have problems with the exhaust cause that should be hung from the frame. more like what ram12 said, just in how you want it to look. good luck bro!

thanks you too! looking forward to seeing pics of yours when its done. only thing really stopping me is how the rear hitch assembly will look, can't really seem to find any pictures of a truck with rear view.

I have the pa body lift no problems I have all the gap guards so you really can't tell it's a body lift unless u see the hitch which is a little low not that noticeable the exhaust is the only thing that bugged me but I did a dump right before the wheel but overall a good lift no squeks or anything weird like that al post pics when I get home

did any of you guys that did the body lift have trouble with the steering extension? having trouble with mine. i tried to open it up with a chisel, grinding it out a little, and even tapping it on there with no luck. all it does is hang up on the back side. there is a good bit of slack in the steering rod and i was wondering if yall even used it? almost out of cajun ingenuity.
