Default Need help very serious issue!

So where to start last week I was driving my 2011 ram 2500 when all of the sudden i hit a small crack on the highway and the entire truck started to shake out of control I had to slow down from 70 mph to almost 40 MPH the guy behind me almost crash in to me, Since the truck is still under warranty I took it back to the dealership explain them the situation and they took the truck right in no question ask which to me that was somewhat weird the next day I got the truck back they replaced all the tie rod ends, gear box, sway bar bushings and one control arm bushing and after all that got replaced now the truck is way worst than before now it shakes out of control every time i hit a bump or anything for that matter over 55 mph so i took the truck back to them and after they kept it for another full day they blame the issue to my after market steering stabilizer saying that they where leaky and that it was causing the truck to have the problem so i when bought some new ones install them but the truck still have the same issue any suggestions?

What you experienced is known as death wobble. It is pretty well known on solid front axle vehicles. The most common cause is the trackbar being loose, but can be caused by many other issues. Here are some items to check.

1: Is everything properly torqued and are any of the holes wallowed out (especially trackbar)? Keep in mind Ram uses SAE holes and Metric bolts so the bolt if even the slightest loose will act as a file on oblong the hole.

2: Are your ball joints shot? Factory says .xxx movement is ok, ITS NOT!

3: Is your alignment on, especially your toe in/out. Remeber that if it is lifted you are no longer in factory spec and aligning to factory specs is not always the right solution.

4: **** the stabalizer! A properly set up suspension shouldnt even need one, it is there to control the harshest of bumpsteer. If they are using it for any other excuse its to cover up a problem.

5: Check all your bushings and rod ends. Again, torqued properly and NO EXCESS MOVEMENT!

Finally keep in mind your dealership probably has one true mechanic and a bunch of techs. Techs job is to replace broken parts with good parts, thats it. I true mechanic will find out WHY the part broke/went bad and fix the root issue along with the part.

EDIT: Depending on the milage you have you may also have a wheel bearing going out. Dodge is notorious for this, most get 30-50k out of them but I have seen them bad as soon as 15k and have personally had to replace ball joints at 9k (piss poor design).

check all the parts they said they replaced and the ones they didn't in your front suspension, the wobble can enlarge the holes the bolts go through and remain loose causing more DW.
