Default Door lock and window issues

Ok been searching through the site for the last 5 hours and found out some great things about my issues however because im not mechanically inclined I am having issues pulling it all together as the issue is on the same control panel. I am currently having two issues. The first is that whenever I lock or unlock my truck I get this buzzing sound. All doors except for the driver door locks and unlocks when this is done. Have to manually lock/unlock the driver door. The second issue is that the windows of the truck can only be operated by using the driver side control. If the driver side is putting the window up or down and that passenger door switch is engaged then the window stops until the person releases the passenger switch which allows the driver switch to operate the window. So my question is what do i need to replace? From the posts the buzzing noise is from a bad actuator which needs replacing http://www.ebay.com/itm/Dodge-Ram-15...5c7e73&vxp=mtr
but thats only for the locks and has nothing to do with the windows correct? As for the window issue from the posts it states it could be my child lock button being stuck in the active position causing the other switches to not operate. Would I need to replace this entire power switch panel? http://www.ebay.com/itm/DODGE-RAM-MA...30853645363%26 and if so would just replacing this fix the lock and window issue? So just need to know if i definitely have to replace both parts. Thanks

I have some of the same issues. But only sometimes the windows work and only sometimes the door locks work. I don't get the buzzing sound. I posted here a week ago with no response. If you hear anything please let me know.

The buzzing and inop lock is due to a faulty door latch assembly. The window issue could be due to a defective lock or passenger window switch. It needs to be diagnosed with a meter or test light.
