Default 18" wheel/ 355/65/18 Tires Question

I found a deal on some 18" wheels with some nice 355/65/18 Tires on them.
My question is if I buy these, would I have to lift my truck?
The rear of my truck is pretty high already from the factory, the front is a little lower.

Anyone? I think they could fit, but I'm not sure.

Thats a 36 x 14 kind of size. Pretty big. You'll need a 4" lift. The widest you will get in there at stock height is 305. MAYBE a 315.

Yeah I gave up on these, I don't wanna have to do a ton of work just for some new rims. But thanks anyway.
