Default Any good HIDs???

Right now I have xentec HIDs but they flicker on & off when I am driving. It's starting to bother the crap out of me, & is giving me the decision to find a better brand or maybe it's user error or bad ballast. Help???

All kits can experience issues like any electrical component. You may have been led to believe they were true plug and play when a simple item or two may completely fix what ails your lights.

Read some in the threads by Jeremy of Retro Soutions or CBRENN71 from Unique Coatings on DodgeTalk and you will find plenty of good advice to fix errors in HID.

Lots of different ways to do correct issues with HID's.

The 3rd Gen Rams were or are difficult at times to get the flickering gone.
Here are the ways I know how to correct this.
#1. Head over to DDM Tuning and get their error eliminators. They are a plug and play, quick caveat I know they work with the 4th Gens but I don't know if they work with 3rd Gen Rams.
#2. Wire in resistors in line to eliminate the pulse....I personally don't know much about this option however if you need more info I can search and find the threads here on Ramforumz.
#3. Is to build a relay harness that pulls battery power, this system (I think) also needs resistors built in as it will use the power from the light harness to trigger the relay. However the HID's are fed power direct from the battery. Same thing here as above I don't know much about doing it this way for a 3rd Gen but I do know there are a couple of threads here on it and can dig them up.
#4. Last but not least is to get yourself some Can-Bus ballasts. These have the resistors built into them and are designed for use with Dodge products. There are several manufacturers and I know there are few members here than run them. They are literally plug and pray and some sites I've seen guarantee them to work with all Dodge/Chrysler vehicles.
