Default My new K&N modded and painted

I bought K&N 63 Series CAI last month and added a ram air feed to it. I seen a few done before and this is just my take. I found a great air funnel/collector to use on the lower air dam insert, 6.5" x 4". I took out the lower dam insert from day one. In my opinion, I just thought it looked better and gave it a different look. Unfortunately, it is still of work-in-progress... kinda. The area underneath the fan is so cavernous, that there wasn't a great mounting option. I had to move to the corner next to the frame rail extension and invert it. I plan on using the preexisting frame rail inserts, as they are already threaded on the bottom for the tow hooks. I figure I can just make some sort of cross member and run a mounting bracket for the collector off of that and have it front and center underneath my plate.
