Default Lines cut

i was wandering what this part is it is on the frame behind the tranny it has 2 electrical plugs and 4 hard lines that come out of it looks like hard brake lines there are 2 go toward the front and 2 towards the back the 2 to the back ar cut i cant seem to see where they run too and cant seem to find any info in my service manual is there any suggestions what it could be please and ty
