Default 4.7L post rebuild issues

So I just cant fix a problem i have with my 2004 4.7L Dodge Ram 1500 2wd crew cab

To start the truck takes about 10 seconds.

It idles great and sounds great. You can get in and drive it but as soon as you punch the gas or accelerate over 2000 rpm its bogs bad. then comes right back if you let of the gas but wont let you accelerate only slowly. At mechanics after I threw parts at it including new fuel pump assembly. Hes stumped so is the mechic next door he asked.

In addition Once its starts the oil pressure gauge doesn't work only under load. Sensor is new. Its at the mechanics and he says its definitely not a pump issue.

Every sensor on the engine is new. I just rebuild the engine

Been without a truck now for 1 month. Please help me out.

Do you get any problem Codes ? The oil pressure sensor issue is easy. There is two type of sensor provided in autoparts they must of provided you with the wrong one as they did to me. go to the dealer and get your self the oil sensor that's what fix mine.
