Question Few minor problems (cruise and window)

My first vechicle is a 2004 Hemi ram. The cruise control works sometimes but the light always comes on even if its not working. Also the passenger side window only works sometimes with driver side control. Also the think that lifts the front of the front seat doesnt lift how much would that be to fix?

Default

I have almost the same issue with my window. Difference is my passenger side controls only work here and there for window, the main control on driver side works always for it.
